How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once payment is confirmed, orders usually take between 2-4 business days to process. After processing your order, it may take 7-15 days to arrive. For more information, see our Shipping Policy page.

Do you charge any shipping fees? Are there additional fees?

No, it is not! The price you see is the price you pay. We never charge shipping fees anywhere in the world.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! If you would like to receive your product as quickly as possible, select the Expedited Shipping option during checkout for a small fee. As always, standard shipping is free worldwide at any time!

I don't have a tracking number. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number provided so that you can track the delivery. You can track your order here after entering the tracking number.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received your tracking number, don't worry. It happens and we've got you covered. Send us an email to geral@soleilchic.com with your order number included and we will contact you as soon as possible with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can change or cancel your order at no additional cost. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we cannot change or cancel it without charging a fee.

Where do you ship orders from?

Orders are shipped from our world-class suppliers to your nearest fulfillment center (eg USPS), which will then be delivered to your doorstep or your local post office.

Our team searches every day to find the most unknown items on the market! Furthermore, our team has direct contact with many of the manufacturers of these products, which means that we can bring them to our customers before the typical physical stores!
