Soleilchic.com offers a returns and refunds service.
Within 14 days after receiving your purchase, you can exchange/return the item through the website. Within that 14-day period, you can select the method of refund you want, whether a refund in value (in this case you must provide us with your NIB or IBAN) or a voucher that you can use to make purchases in the online store for 6 months.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges of items, including the exercise of free resolution, are borne by the customer, except for the costs of returning items with possible manufacturing defects within the warranty period, which in this case will be borne by www. Soleilchic.com
Soleilchic.com is responsible for the return and reshipment costs if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, the return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Soleilchic.com is responsible for return and forwarding costs if the order is damaged during transport. In this situation the exchange will have to be made for the same article. Damage caused by transport or defective items must be reported within 24 hours. After this period of time, Soleilchic.com is not responsible for any defect that may have occurred after this period.
- - Important note: We recommend that you pay attention to the outer condition of the packaging, as it may reflect possible damage to the product.
- - At the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier, you must check the status of the product before signing the Shipping Guide and thus accepting the order.
- - Verification of the status of the product is considered to have been completed, once the Delivery Guide has been signed.
The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, proceed to return them within 14 calendar days after receiving the article. However, the right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
- Have not been used (unless the product contains information to the contrary).
- Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged.
- Are complete;
- Have not been tampered with and keep both the identification label and the security seal and plastic.
- If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products, the return costs are borne by the customer.
-If the article is returned to Soleilchic.com for Exchange/Refund and it is confirmed that it has been used/tried on/ the customer will have to bear the cost of shipping costs back to the customer.
-If the customer intends to change the item, the shipping costs for the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer may be held responsible for the depreciation of the good if the handling carried out to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good exceeds the handling that is usually accepted in a commercial establishment and it is used.
Never ship the item without prior contact.

Tips for an efficient return:
- Items must be returned without being used or damaged;
- Use the same packaging in which you received the items to send the return to our facilities;
- Returned items must be accompanied by a duplicate of the invoice/receipt you received with your order.
To return the item and after analyzing the piece, for 14 days after receiving the order, you can select the refund method you want, whether the refund in value (in this case you must indicate the NIB or IBAN) or a voucher that you can use to make purchases in the online store for 6 months. If the return is made via Carrier or Post Office, the refund of the amount or the issue of the voucher will be processed after receipt of the returned items and respective evaluation by the Quality Department.
If you choose to return in value, after we receive the item and your NIB or IBAN information, the transfer will be made within a maximum period of 25 working days from the date your return is processed.
Items not accepted for Returns/Exchanges
- Exchanges or returns of used and damaged items are not accepted.
- Exchanges or returns of watches/smartwatches without the plastics/labels or without the brake are not accepted.

In which you will have to provide us with your personal and bank details to proceed with the refund, the transfer will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date we become aware of it.
After the shipment of the order, it is not possible to cancel it. If the customer refuses to deliver the order, he will also lose any right to a refund.
Soleilchic.com responds, under the terms and conditions set out in Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8 (as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008 of May 21), for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the well and that manifests itself within a period of three years from the date of delivery, provided that it is communicated to Soleilchic.com within a maximum period of 2 months from the date on which it was detected. In the 3rd year of warranty, the consumer will be asked to provide proof of the defect when delivering the good.
All products marketed by Soleilchic.com have a 3-year compliance guarantee.
In the event of a breakdown or technical defect, the Customer must contact customer support so that an RMA (Remittance of Damaged Material) can be created.
The product must be sent to our facilities. Upon your arrival you will be checked. If it is effectively a conformity defect, it will be replaced. No fee will be charged for this.
If signs of misuse or non-compliance with the conditions of use are detected, the guarantee does not cover, the Customer will be contacted to find out if he/she intends (if possible) to have the item repaired.
If the article is evaluated and it is confirmed that it does not have any anomaly, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear the costs of sending it back to the customer.
In order to take advantage of the guarantee, you must send us the invoice together with the item and send the item in the original box.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer can resort to the European online dispute resolution platform available at http://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr .
